Continuously demonstrate a proactive approach to monitoring, maintaining support, resolving problems, conducting analysis, producing analytics, and documentation of our EDI processes.System support: * Must have working experience on EDI to support third-party vendor integrations. * Execute server restart and verify Gentran is operating within optimal parameters. * Collaborate with Windows Admins to support software installation and updates. * Coordinate testing across the EDI pre-prod ecosystem: Gentran, MuleSoft, SAP, Oracle. * Maintain Disaster Recovery protocols, compliance, and testing support. * Conversant in the following X12 Specification: 810, 812, 850, 832, 855, 865, 996, 997. * Responsible for onboarding new trading partners, VANs, 3PLs with precise requirements.Analyst: * Research failed inbound and outbound documents.
