This role is heavily data-focused, owning the product backlog, release cadence, and day-to-day execution for initiatives including CRM data cleanup, master data management (Customer & Product/SKU), governance enforcement, and data quality standards. The Senior Product Owner will define what ?clean? and usable data looks like, establish requirements and acceptance criteria for data quality, and ensure all downstream systems are built on reliable, governed data. This resource will partner closely with an external NetSuite delivery partner, holding them accountable for data quality outcomes while they handle system configuration. The Product Owner will also work cross-functionally with executive stakeholders (CEO, CFO, CRO, and technical leadership) to drive governance decisions, enforce system-of-record adoption, and align on milestones. Additionally, this individual will manage parallel workstreams such as Microsoft Fabric assessment/remediation and MDM implementation, while building and maintaining a data stewardship operating model (including governance councils, escalation paths, and enforcement mechanisms).
