This is a highly visible role working directly with leadership and overseeing projects from concept through completion.The ideal candidate will bring a strong foundation in commercial construction/project management, with the ability to manage multiple projects, coordinate vendors, and execute efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Management & ExecutionManage projects from initial concept through completionReview drawings and coordinate with architectsDevelop budgets and oversee pricingSolicit and evaluate competitive bidsEnsure proper documentation and permitting processesOversee:Tenant improvement (TI) projectsProperty-level upgrades and capital improvementsManage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables across multiple concurrent projectsVendor & Contractor CoordinationCoordinate with:Contractors, subcontractors (3?7 trades per project)Architects and consultantsBuild and maintain strong vendor relationshipsEnsure quality of work and adherence to timelines and budgetsCross-Functional CollaborationPartner closely with:Executive leadership Support leasing, development, and acquisition initiatives as neededAssist with operational priorities during slower project cyclesProject ScopeTypically oversee 2?3 projects simultaneouslyProject budgets ranging from approximately $25K to $2MMajority of projects located within 1?2 miles of the office, with occasional travel to nearby propertiesQualifications4?5+ years of project management experience within: Commercial real estate, construction, or related industryStrong understanding of: Commercial construction fundamentalsBuilding systems (HVAC, plumbing, etc.)Compensation: $100,000 to $110,000 per year annual salary.Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
