Insight Global is seeking a Land Development Manager to play a crucial role in the pre-construction phase of residential construction. The candidate will join one of our clients, which works heavily... within residential subdivisions across the coastal division in the Savannah area. * Responsibilities: Oversee Planning and Construction: Land development managers are responsible for overseeing the planning and construction of new developments. They collaborate with various stakeholders, including developers, engineers and trade contracting groups to ensure timeliness and thoroughness on new land development construction Compliance with Regulations: They ensure that all projects meet local zoning laws, building codes, and other regulations. * Day-to-Day Operations: Land development managers may also manage day-to-day operations on-site, ensuring construction crews have necessary resources, monitoring project schedules and budgets, and resolving any issues that arise during construction. Budgeting and Financial Tracking: They prepare budgets and track costs throughout the development process to ensure financial alignment. Supervision and Coordination: These managers supervise a team of architects and engineers, managing the design and construction process from start to finish.
