This person will be responsible for managing and overseeing construction and renovation projects in commercial office and retail spaces. This includes reviewing construction/renovation plans and ensuring they follow building guidelines, overseeing teams of contractors performing the renovations, granting building access for the work to be carried out, and scheduling fire and safety inspections upon renovation completion.
