Operate AWS and Azure networking including VPC/VNet, subnets, routing tables, Transit Gateway/VWAN, load balancers, VPNs, ExpressRoute/Direct Connect. ? Troubleshoot hybrid connectivity between cloud, on-prem, and third-party providers. ? Operate and troubleshoot firewalls, WAF, NSGs/Security Groups, and VPNs. ? Execute pre-approved network changes following SOPs and change management processes. ? Maintain accurate incident records and documentation in ServiceNow. ?
