You will be responsible for reviewing individual assignments and ensuring equipment and tool inspections are conducted daily to ensure everything is always in good order. Being organized within this role is essential when having to maintain accurate daily notes and field logs. You will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling required subcontractors for each project as well as determining the materials needed and timing of delivery to perform work. Perform daily reports of labor, equipment, and material utilization, along with daily production to track daily job costs. Reviewing the approved budget against actual job costs and production factors for the Project Manager. Understanding the scope of work and identifying change order conditions if necessary. Perform H&S-related activities and all other duties as assigned by Management. The Foreman onsite will be the Superintendent go-to while supporting all tasks above on a daily basis. The projects that you will be deployed to range from 2 weeks to 6 months at a given time and are located across the Bay Area. If the driving radius required for the project you deploy to is beyond 60 miles the client will pay for mileage and drive time.
