An Insight Global employer within its higher education portfolio is looking for a Capital Projects Manager to join their Design and Construction Services Team. This person will be responsible for... oversight of Capital Improvement, deferred maintenance and major infrastructure upgrade projects. The ideal candidate will have experience within public construction project management and as well higher education project management experience. They will need to understand project costs, CA state building codes, University Policies, and how to effectively lead large scale construction projects through completion.
