Ensure all subcontractor activities are performed according to Purchase Order and Contract.? Provide technical information to the field crews by translating structured cabling drawings/prints into tracking spreadsheets and create cut-sheets.? Attend on-site meetings with GCs and customers as necessary.? Coordinate material inventory and deliveries. ? Identify all issues requiring PM attention along with their urgency and overall impact to the project.? Notify the PM in a timely manner of any pending or actual changes to the work performed that may impact costs, schedule, contract, or customer relationship.? Track all details related to changes to the work to ensure all accurate and timely Change Order Requests can be submitted.? Identify and coordinate with PM on manpower and other resources required for the construction. ? Responsible for all site safety, health and security.? Perform field Quality Control functions.? This role will lead field operations for electrical projects, ensuring safe, high-quality installations... delivered on schedule and within budget. The Superintendent will direct crews, coordinate with trades, manage logistics, and support Project Managers with progress, cost, and risk visibility.Day-to-Day Responsibilities:Plan daily and weekly work plans, manpower, and sequencingCoordinate with GC, other trades, and inspectors; attend OAC and coordination meetingsRead drawings, specifications, and RFIs; issue field clarifications and redlinesOversee installation of power, lighting, gear, feeders, branch circuits, controls, and low-voltage systemsManage material and equipment deliveries, laydown areas, tools, prefab kitting, and logisticsTrack productivity, percent complete, and crew performance; adjust to meet milestonesLead testing, commissioning, start-up, punch list, and turnover activitiesIdentify field changes; document T&M, support change orders, and mitigate impactsComplete daily reports, photos, timesheets, and as-built updatesMentor foremen and apprenticesCompensation & Benefits:$75K?$150K. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
