This role will be with a Fortune 500 home builder, and you will be trained on how to manage the build, development, and overall execution of constructing single-family homes. We are hiring candidates who do not have experience in construction but believe they would excel in managing complex housing projects and developments and have the desire to grow. Your responsibilities will include:-Participate in a 12 month paid training program that involves both hands-on, field based, on the job learning and classes that are taken virtually. -Upon completion, you would become a Project Manager and oversee the builds of 10-15 homes, coordinating with vendors, partners, suppliers, and customers to ensure the highest quality execution and delivery.-Positively impact the overall customer experience for home buyers working with the clients community team.-Ensure all homes are completed within established budgets, timelines, and project scope-Supervise and schedule sub-contractors, while maintaining positive working relationships-Manage community assets, conduct quality control inspections, order building materials, and effectively manage customer relations.Salary levels are $45,000-75,000 with merit increases available through promotions.We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
