We are looking for Support Analyst who will Performs high-level, day-to-day operational maintenance, support, and upgrades for Veeam Backup and Replication, Enquesta billing transmittals, and... Advantage HR/Payroll and Financial activities, and Asset Lifecycle. Schedules server and workstation backups and maintains the backups in accordance with established IT policies and procedures and retention scheduled. Continually monitors production schedules for Server backups, billing document submittals, ERP system, and payroll/HR reporting bi-weekly reporting to achieve optimum performance levels. Ensures workstation/server backup integrity by evaluating, implementing, and managing appropriate software and hardware solutions of varying complexities. Ensures data/media recoverability by developing and implementing, monitoring and testing a schedule of system backups and database archive operations. Develops, implements and promotes standard operating procedures and schedules.
