More different sites across the US and Canada. This individual will be working in a PMO environment and carrying out ITIL processes; incident, change, and problem management. The project manager will develop and deliver project plans, manage budgets, develop risk metrics/KPIs and be able to present progress and roadblocks to executive leadership. Additionally, the network project manager will be responsible for project tracking and documentation, tracking completed corresponding task within sites, handling POs, and coordinating service delivery schedules with onsite teams. This individual will need to manage the 3rd party vendors compliance and SLAs in accordance to contracts.
