The Production Support Analyst will be responsible for providing infrastructure support, application support, DB support in a cloud environment. This role provides Level 2 and 3 support when applicable and/or capable, and contributes to the delivery of minor enhancements when required. Team members may also be engaged on projects from time to time to complete various activities, including analysis, testing, development, and documentation.
