The Lead Digital Commerce & CRM Specialist is responsible for the coordination of digital commerce operations and CRM execution across channels and functions. This role supports the continuity and optimization of product content, conversion-driving storefronts, and customer data workflows while also supporting the onboarding and implementation of a new CRM system.


The Lead Digital Commerce & CRM Specialist reviews and manages product, customer, and campaign data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with individual brand standards as well as overall company objectives. This role supports digital initiatives designed to enhance discoverability, engagement, and conversion across owned, retail, and CRM-enabled channels.

This position will work closely with marketing, sales, IT, and outsourced partners to ensure seamless execution across CRM, digital commerce, and data-driven marketing initiatives.

DETAILED ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Product & Digital Commerce Operations

· Ensure product listings are accurate, up-to-date, and optimized for search visibility across owned and retail channels

· Support Digital Commerce initiatives across platforms such as Pear, Amazon, Instacart, and other marketplaces as needed

· Partner with internal stakeholders to maintain consistent product data, claims, imagery, and content across touchpoints

Syndication & Ratings & Reviews

· Manage the Syndigo platform to syndicate product content to retail partners

· Support Bazaarvoice operations, including review moderation, syndication alignment, and storefront accuracy

· Ensure product content consistency between internal systems and external retail environments


Storefront & Asset Management

· Support ongoing storefront management to ensure content accuracy and performance

· Manage and organize assets within Bynder Digital Asset Management, ensuring correct usage, permissions, and version control

· Coordinate with internal teams and agencies to source, update, and publish digital assets as needed


CRM Implementation & Marketing Automation

· Support onboarding and implementation of a new CRM platform, with a focus on Salesforce Marketing Cloud

· Configure and maintain CRM dashboards, automations, and reporting to support business and marketing objectives

· Manage lead uploads, data hygiene, and list segmentation to ensure accurate downstream activation

· Assist with email automation setup, including journeys, templates, and trigger-based campaigns

· Support CRM integrations with other platforms, including websites, social media, and third-party tools

· Collaborate with internal teams to validate data flow, troubleshoot issues, and document processes


Analytics & Data Support

· Assist with CRM and digital commerce reporting, including performance tracking and data analysis

· Translate data outputs into actionable insights to support optimization and decision-making

· Help establish documentation and repeatable processes while supporting the CRM rollout

Required Skills & Experience

WORK EXPERIENCES

· 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, marketing technology, CRM operations, or digital commerce

· Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar CRM/marketing automation platforms

· Experience managing product data, syndication tools (Syndigo), and digital commerce environments

· Familiarity with Bazaarvoice, retail content systems, or ratings & reviews platforms preferred

· Strong understanding of data management, lead workflows, and cross‑platform integrations

· Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem‑solving skills


EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

· Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution

· Preferably a degree with a marketing, digital or communications focus
