Manage preventive and predictive maintenance programs for all facility systems.? Review and approve work orders and PM schedules.? Ensure documentation of all maintenance activities in the CMMS.? Review vendor scope, performance, and adherence to SLAs.? Participate in contract evaluations and renewal discussions.Project and Upgrade Support? As a Front Office Coordinator you will play a pivotal role in ensuring a positive and welcoming experience for visitors and teammates at the organization. This position is responsible for creating a... warm and professional environment by providing excellent customer service, management of the front desk and assisting with various administrative tasks.
