This role serves as a critical link between customer stakeholders, project leadership, and implementation teams by ensuring project activities remain organized, on schedule, and aligned with customer objectives.In addition to gathering, validating, and documenting business and operational requirements, the Business Analyst will maintain project schedules, coordinate project activities across multiple stakeholders, track deliverables and dependencies, and provide recurring project reporting that enables both customer visibility and internal operational planning.
