Key responsibilities include:-Design, execute, and maintain advanced manual test cases for POS systems and payment workflows.-Ensure stakeholder feedback is captured and reflected in test strategies and execution.-Participate actively in Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.-Perform functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing on POS hardware and software.-Validate payment gateway integrations, transaction flows, and edge cases including EMV, NFC, and contactless payments.-Log and manage defects using JIRA, ensuring timely resolution and retesting.-Use PractiTest for test case management, traceability, and reporting.-Contribute to test strategy discussions, ensuring risk-based coverage and alignment with business goals.-Provide clear, actionable test reports and quality metrics to stakeholders.-Mentor junior QA engineers and provide guidance on best practices.-Drive QA best practices and continuous improvement initiatives within the team.We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
