The Asset Management Analyst will support the IT Asset Management (ITAM) program across both Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM). This is a hands-on, physical role:... the analyst will move, stage, receive, and stock IT equipment while executing the full lifecycle of hardware and software assets in ServiceNow. The analyst processes HAM and SAM lifecycle requests end to end, maintains accurate records in the ServiceNow ITAM/CMDB modules, and partners closely with IT Procurement, Human Resources, IT Service Center to coordinate hardware and software purchasing, receiving, and reconciliation. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable with physical inventory work, and able to keep asset data clean and audit-ready.Responsibilities:? Asset Handling & Logistics? Manage receiving, staging, inventory, and transport of IT hardware (laptops, desktops, peripherals, network equipment).?
