Insight Global is seeking a Clinic Nurse for a direct hire opportunity in the Tampa, FL area. This resource will be providing direct patient care in accordance with company policies with established... standards of nursing practices. You'll screen patients with signs or symptoms of illness as well as work with the clinical team for appropriate treatment and plan of care and disposition. You will assist the care manager and provider in follow up management and post hospitalized/post-emergency room visits. You'llpovide condition specific patient education and anticipatory guidance, as well as care coordination, under the guidance of the Provider and/or Registered Nurse.
