Insight Global is seeking an Education Operations Consultant to join an dual language early childhood education organization in Bellevue, Washington on a fulltime basis. This position requires... fluency in Mandarin, and candidates must be comfortable speaking up to 50% of the time. Education background is not required for consideration. You will partner directly with the School Leader and strengthen cultural fluency across an early childhood dual-language (English/Mandarin) program. This role blends operations, enrollment growth, community engagement, and team leadership. The ideal consultant is comfortable in a school environment, brings sales or business development experience, and can build processes and teams that scale.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:-Partner with the School Leader to design and operationalize initiatives that elevate cultural fluency and family experience across the dual-language program.-Engage Mandarin-speaking families and community partners: host info sessions, create Mandarin/English collateral, and represent the program professionally in Mandarin.-Stand up scalable processes (lead management, tours, orientation, referral programs) and define SOPs, KPIs, and reporting cadences.-Coordinate cross-functionally with classroom leadership, front office, and marketing to ensure a consistent, culturally responsive experience.-Set the standard for cultural fluency: advise on practices, celebrations, and communications that reflect and respect Mandarin-speaking families and broader community diversity.-Continuously improve operations by testing, measuring, and iterating on campaigns, processes, and family touchpoints.We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
