Insight Global is looking for a Business Analyst to join the team of one of our supply chain clients. Day-to-day, this individual will be gathering requirements and creating clear, actionable user... stories and acceptance criteria with Jira. They'll have to lead workshops and act as a liaison between the business, engineering, and architecture teams. The business analyst will be responsible for conducting gap analyses, creating scopes around solutions, and updating business process documentation using Confluence. They should be comfortable using visualization tools such as Miro to create flowcharts and various diagrams. They must have strong communication skills, with an ability to be concise and facilitate diplomatic, effective conversations amongst senior leadership.
