We are seeking an experienced L2 Production Support Analyst to support and maintain our enterprise Workday environment. Monitor Workday jobs, integrations, business processes, and scheduled tasks to ensure successful execution and availability.? Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve production incidents, system failures, data discrepancies, workflow issues, and security access concerns.? Support Workday integrations utilizing Workday Studio, EIBs, APIs, web services, and inbound/outbound interfaces.? Perform root cause analysis for recurring production issues and drive long-term resolutions.? Configure and maintain Workday business processes, approvals, notifications, and workflow enhancements based on business and compliance requirements.? Support Workday Security Administration, including role-based access controls, user provisioning, and security audits.?
