A healthcare organization in New Bedford, MA is seeking an HRIS/Payroll specialist to join their HR team. The successful candidate's time will be spent equally supporting biweekly payroll and the... newly implemented HRIS system, Dayforce. The successful candidate should be a team player and be well-versed in policies and procedures for payroll and labour laws. Prior experience with HRIS system(s) is required. This role will be involved in maintaining stakeholder analytics, labour reports and some system maintenance and management. This role is on-site in New Bedford x4 days per week with Thursdays WFH.
