The Director will partner closely with Finance, HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and executive leadership to ensure total rewards offerings for corporate and restaurant team members, domestic and international, are well-designed, clearly communicated, and aligned with employee needs and company goals.-Lead the strategic design, implementation, and continuous improvement of global compensation and benefits programs-Develop and operationalize salary structures, incentive plans, and equity frameworks to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness-Oversee the annual compensation review cycle, including salary adjustments, bonus programs, and equity grants-Partner with Finance and executive leadership on executive compensation strategy and board-level discussions where applicable-Manage global benefits strategy, evaluating employee needs, cost efficiency, and market competitiveness across geographies-Own job architecture, leveling strategy, and global benchmarking in collaboration with HRBPs and business leaders-Use data and analytics to evaluate program effectiveness and provide insights to support compensation and benefits decision-making-Lead and develop the Total Rewards team, offering guidance, coaching, and career development support-Drive communication and education efforts to ensure employees understand and appreciate their total rewards package-Operate effectively across multiple countries and markets, taking into account cultural nuances, legal requirements, and regional expectations-Partner closely with field and corporate leadership to ensure programs meet the needs of a diverse, dispersed workforce-Support a growing and fast-paced organization by designing scalable programs that evolve with the business-Ensure compliance with global labor laws and governance requirements across all total rewards programsWe are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
