Additionally, this role will ensure contract compliance and risk mitigation in collaboration with legal and compliance teams. As a people leader, the Director will mentor a diverse team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. A strong focus on operational excellence is essential, including the development of scalable processes, implementation of data-driven tools, and strategic forecasting in partnership with executive leadership.
