Our client, a regional telecom carrier, is seeking a Project Manager dedicated to the Product organization. This person will own the product catalog, drive operational consistency, and establish a... repeatable, streamlined process for launching new and existing telecom products. The PM will operate within a loosely Agile environment and collaborate cross functionally with product, engineering, sales, and operations teams.This role is ideal for someone with solid telecom/managed services knowledge (fiber, WAN, LAN, SD WAN, security, SASE, etc.) and strong program building skills. Day-to-Day Responsibilities?Serve as the primary owner of the product catalog, ensuring accuracy, version control, and usability across the business.?Coordinate product lifecycle activities: requirements gathering, documentation, governance, readiness, and launch scheduling.?Partner with Product Managers to standardize and optimize the process for rolling out new products and updates to existing offerings.?Lead cross functional communication between Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Service Delivery teams.?Build and manage project plans, timelines, backlogs, and sprint/iteration cycles aligned with a lightweight Agile model.?Facilitate project meetings: standups, backlog grooming, status updates, and launch readiness checkpoints.?Identify risks, roadblocks, and gaps in the product rollout process; propose solutions and drive issue resolution.?Develop and maintain standardized templates, workflows, and documentation to create repeatable, scalable product release processes.?Track KPIs and report progress to leadership, ensuring initiatives stay on schedule and aligned with business priorities.?Act as a product operations subject matter partner to ensure new services are operationally feasible, clearly defined, and cross departmentally understood.We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
