A large retail company is looking for a talented Director to lead their SEM and Retail Performance function ? the highest-spend performance channel in the organization. This is a newly elevated role... reporting to the Sr. Director of Dealership Marketing, with oversight of both RV dealership lead generation and eCommerce SEM. You?ll have real ownership, executive visibility, and the opportunity to shape how SEM and retail performance scale across 195+ dealerships and a growing eCommerce business. The Salary expectation for this role is $160k-$200k. WHAT YOU?LL OWN? $50-80M+ annual paid search budget across lead gen (195+ RV dealerships) and eCommerce?
