Develop virtualization plans, policies, and designs. Configure and implement virtualization solutions based on customer performance criteria. Understand and implement disaster recovery procedures.... Interpret, implement, and assess DISA STIGs. Apply cybersecurity hardening practices for virtualization, server operating systems, and applications. Monitor, diagnose, and optimize server performance while maintaining IA compliance. Engineer highly available and fault-tolerant solutions. Design, configure, and implement solutions based on customer specifications. Conduct systems pre-test and acceptance tests to validate performance criteria. Create mock designs for RFP specifications in support of Bids & Proposals teams. Collaborate with government or subcontractors for solution integration into existing infrastructure. Develop and deliver technical presentations for customers. Serve as a technical resource during customer briefings. Mentor junior engineers and technicians. Serve as the technical lead on projects.
