There will be a transactional application which will house all user-facing applications. This will help our client with creating accurate recommendations or identifying the top customers for that particular store. The team will need to determine the correct approach with customers when bringing up the recommendations based on customer data and feedback. Based on different criteria like how many times a customer has received a recommendation, communication preferences, etc. they will know when and how to reach customers at the best time for higher engagement. The team will need to run a few pilots before the final project deadline in August, so they need to hire people who will ramp up to speed quickly and start contributing to the project right away. The goal for this project is to increase customer engagement in the US by 20% over the next 2 years.
