One of Insight Global's large healthcare clients in Camden, NJ is looking for a Director of Patient Financial Services to join their team. This individual will report to the AVP of Revenue Cycle... Operations and have 65-70 direct reports, including a manager and supervisor. This role involves working directly with Corporate Finance to review/perform financial forecasting, trend/cost/revenue analysis, maintenance/administration of compensation plans, payroll management, and monthly grant reports. Day to day duties include preparing proposals on new business opportunities, coordinating and facilitating operational and financial efficiency, and using industry benchmark data reports and surveys for operational analyses. Additional duties include managing registration and charge entry processes for external locations with internal physicians and evaluating billing details/coding levels. They will also be responsible for monitoring contracts, and acting as a liaison for external institutions.
