More experience in sanitation, quality, or food production operations. You will serve as the ?boots on the ground,? ensuring compliance with food safety protocols, environmental monitoring, and documentation accuracy. You will be responsible for conducting on-site food safety risk assessments during construction and operational activities. Monitoring environmental conditions to prevent pathogen intrusion and ensure sanitation compliance. Verifying Certificates of Analysis (COAs) from lab swabs match the correct products prior to release. And will collaborate with team members across other shifts to ensure food safety standards are upheld. Most importantly you will perform routine audits and compliance checks, including barrier integrity, fan operation, and chemical sanitation stations. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education but will vary from $25-30/hr.
