An employer is seeking a ServiceNow Administrator to work in Charlotte, NC. This position will be a hybrid role, spending two days in-office and three days remotely during the week. The position has... a number of responsibilities; this person provides support and configuration for packaged and custom applications, ensures best practices and standards are being followed, makes suggestions for improving the development process, and performs day-to-day administration of the ServiceNow platform. Overall, this includes configuration, designing, coding, testing, correcting, and documenting complex programs and scripts from agreed specifications, and subsequent iterations, using agreed standards and tools, to achieve a well-engineered result.
