They will have experience bringing new and innovative ideas that can help with compensation structures, geographical pay, retention initiatives, recognition for tenured co-workers, job title alignment, intuitive open enrollment and more benefits that help with employee retention and attraction. Candidates should have at least eight years of leadership experience with total rewards including compensation and benefits, proven track record of retention and ability to build strong relationships within the HR organization to come up with strategy for the greater good of the organization. Compensation:$200,000 to $240,000 per year annual salary plus 15% bonus eligibility. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
