This position is directly responsible for assessing and implementing the plan outlined for a defined scope project for Sutter Health's licensed pharmacy spaces system wide. The scope of this project... includes conducting gap analysis, remediation, and commissioning of approved new security technology hardware and software at all Sutter Health licensed pharmaceutical spaces. This position will require some travel to the site locations, which include approximately 33 sites across Northern California. The rest of the time is appropriate to work remotely or in Sutter Health's corporate office if preferred.The DPS Program Manager IV (PM4) position ensures that technical security design standards are effectively integrated into all Pharmacy-related capital improvement projects through new development, expansion, renovation and/or retrofitting. The PM4 integrates with Facility & Property Services, Information Services, and Pharmacy Project team members at the earliest phases of design, meets milestones as established by DPS Leadership, and remains immersed in project delivery activities up to and through commissioning, at which point technical security integration is operationalized and owned by the affiliate security manager. The PM4 assists security leaders at affiliate, regional, and operating unit levels with achieving and sustaining a technical security operational readiness rate of >98% for all related devices and systems in-scope.
