Job Description
Apotex is looking for an End User Computing Analyst to provide hands-on desktop support for corporate end users. This individual will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, configuring and deploying laptops and desktops, supporting printers, meeting room technology, Office 365, VPN connectivity, and providing exceptional customer service both remotely and onsite.
The successful candidate will work primarily through a ticketing system, resolving technical issues while ensuring users receive timely updates and an excellent customer experience. Responsibilities include configuring new devices, imaging and deploying computers, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, supporting executive/VIP users, maintaining IT assets, and assisting with ongoing desktop support initiatives.
This is a highly customer-focused role requiring strong technical troubleshooting skills, excellent communication, and the ability to prioritize multiple requests in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills & Experience
– 2+ years of Desktop Support, End User Computing, or Technical Support experience
– Strong hands-on onsite desktop support experience
– Printer installation, troubleshooting, and support
– Audio/AV and meeting room support
– Experience supporting executive/VIP users
– Microsoft Office 365 support
– SCCM experience (software deployments, imaging, and device management)
– Experience wiping, imaging, configuring, and deploying laptops and desktops
– Experience using remote support tools (Microsoft Teams, Quick Assist, Quick Connect, or similar)
– Experience working within a ticketing system (Remedy Helix preferred, ServiceNow or similar acceptable)
– VPN troubleshooting and remote connectivity support
– Strong hardware and software troubleshooting skills
– Excellent customer service and communication skills
– Ability to prioritize and manage multiple support requests simultaneously
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
– CompTIA A+ Certification
– ITIL Foundation Certification
– Experience with IT asset management or inventory management
– Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) experience
– Active Directory or Microsoft Server experience
– PowerShell or scripting experience
– Experience within a pharmaceutical or regulated environment
– Agile or Scrum exposure
