Manage 2?3 projects simultaneously ($5M?$10M range)? Oversee full lifecycle: ? Budgeting & cost forecasting? Scheduling & timeline management? Subcontractor/vendor coordination? Client / owner / GC communication? Change orders & reporting? Collaborate with estimating, field teams, and operations? Ensure projects are completed on time, on budget, and safely?
