Insight Global is looking for a highly motivated, communicative individual to work for one of our large logistics companies. Their schedule will be Sunday 9am-5:30pm, Monday - Tuesday 12:30pm-9pm,... Thursday-Friday 12:30-9pm, Off Wednesday and Saturday. On a day-to-day basis, this person will:- resolve open tasks through internal and external communication- inform appropriate parties about issues so they can be addressed properly and quickly- data entry for customer freight bills- maintain customer satisfaction and quality service- understand necessary internal technologies- internal departmental communication to address order problems- secure necessary documentation from transportation providers for customer billing- improve current processesWe are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
