The engineer will be instrumental in implementing system changes during off-hours to reduce load on the onshore team.?Configure and implement Imperva Database Security solutions across enterprise environments.?Collaborate with customers to gather requirements, massage data, and deploy tailored solutions.?Perform overnight system changes and updates to support U.S.-based teams.?Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to firewalls, network connectivity, and server performance.?Develop and maintain automation scripts using Shell, Python, or similar languages.?Update runbooks, documentation, and tooling to improve incident response and operational readiness.?Support post-incident reviews and ensure learnings are documented and actioned.?Contribute to the continuous improvement of alerting systems and operational workflows.We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
