Our global real estate property management company is seeking a Building Engineer in the Wilmington, DE area. This person will be reporting to the director of engineering and being the lead building... engineer for an occupied multi-tenant commercial office building and adjacent retail center. This person will handle all work orders for HVAC, BAS system, Sunk pumps, Air handlers and Central plant requests. This person will manage the relationship with outside vendors and subcontractors.
