Insight Global is seeking a Data (Azure) Architect to join a team in the Phoenix, AZ area. This role would be required to be onsite 3x a week in the Central Phoenix area and the remaining 2 days... This role would be stepping into an existing team of around 8-10 engineers and would be working alongside 2 Architects overseeing the Enterprise Architecture environment for a given platform. This platform initially was on legacy SQL and migrated over to Dynamics, SQL Server on the back end and data warehouse in synapse that is getting further developed. The architect will perform continuous maintenance and operations work in the cloud environment. They will review and analyze the platform's data infrastructure, plan future database solutions, and implement systems to support data management for users.Additionally, this role is accountable for ensuring data integrity, making sure the team adheres to data governance standards to maintain accuracy, consistency, and reliability across all systems. The architect will identify data discrepancies and quality issues, and work to resolve them.This position requires a strong blend of architectural leadership, technical depth, and the ability to collaborate with business stakeholders, data engineers, machine learning practitioners, and domain experts to deliver scalable, secure, and reliable AI-driven solutions.Duties would include: * Data support of Azure Environment, also utilize informatica here but this resource would focus on anything on the platform back end.* Leading the data strategy for the Platform.
