They will be directly responsible for a team of about 200 employees and will have two managers reporting into them in Louisiana. The ideal candidate for this role will have come from an engineering background in PVD, Vacuum or Deposition processes and have managed a team in one of those disciplines. The team is looking for a servant based leader who is willing to be hands on and engaged on the floor of a manufacturing plant - people who have only managed from an office will not be a good fit. The goal of this role is to start-up semiconductor production in Louisiana, make continuous improvements to plant processes to improve efficiencies, yield, throughout and cost containment and analysis processes to remove barriers for their respective teams to be successful. This role will require about 10% travel. We can offer a salary between $150k to $200k, relocation assistance and annual performance bonuses between 20% to 30%.
