This Photolithography Process Engineer will own and be responsible for the control,... development, and optimization of Photolithography processes and equipment. Day-To-Day:- Experience with the following tools is required: ASML Twinscan XT or ASML PAS 5500 platforms. Conduct startup/baselining activities on new ASML Twinscan XT Scanner installations.
