More production equipment at their San Jose location. This team is comprised of two shifts, 7:30am ? 3:30pm and 3:00pm - 11:00pm. However this leader will be onsite Monday through Friday from 8:00 ? 5:00, to ensure that both shifts are being supported. This individual will work hand in hand with the technicians, assisting with repairs, and acting as the most senior escalation point of contact. The San Jose location does have more legacy equipment and is in need of someone who has experience creating custom solutions for tools that are longer being supported by the OEM. This can include fabrication of new parts, identifying second hand replacement components, or reviewing various online resources to resolve the issue at hand. The Supervisor will also be tasked with ensuring the team is meeting weekly / quarterly priorities, tracking preventative maintenance tasks are being completed on time, and communicating updates regularly to senior leadership.
