Lead, coach & mentor a high-performing IE team. Set performance expectations, conduct regular performance evaluations, and identify training needs to enhance the skills and knowledge of team... members.Analyze demand forecasts, production data, performance metrics, and operational parameters to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
