Insight Global is looking for a Senior Engineering Manager for one our customers to lead engineering operations across our South El Monte, California manufacturing sites. This role is critical to... advancing their large platform machining, spin forming, and bump forming capabilities in support of aerospace, missile, and defense programs.Reporting to the Director of Engineering, this leader will own the strategic development, execution, and continuous improvement of manufacturing engineering and NC programming functions, while remaining deeply connected to day to day shop execution.
