Job DescriptionAs part of the Enterprise Asset Management team, you will work within our operations team that provides full life cycle management of endpoint (laptop) hardware for faculty and staff.... You will help build and maintain corporate policies for asset management, provisioning, deployment, reclaims of associate hardware, and end-of-life hardware disposal services for our institution, as well as providing operations support through request management within our ServiceNow ticketing system. You will also help identify process improvements within our focus area and guide changes to implementation. This position helps accurately capture and document project requirements and ensures that all stakeholders understand the project's scope and objectives. The ideal candidate has hands on experience with HAM, vendor management, and ITAM/Service management tools, and can effectively partner with IT, procurement, finance, and academic stakeholders in a complex campus environment.
