Job Description
An employer in The Woodlands, TX area is seeking a Sr. Application Support Specialist to join their enterprise applications team. This team is responsible for the maintenance, enhancement and optimization of the company's enterprise applications and systems. The Sr. Application Support Analyst will be specifically responsible for the company's construction project management application 'eBuilder'. On a daily basis, this person will be responsible for technical configuration, enhancement and support of the application as it relates to technical implementations and projects.

Required Skills & Experience
5-10 years experience in a technical application support role
Technical expertise in construction management tools such as eBuilder
Experience supporting technical implementations, enhancements, configurations, troubleshooting and support for construction management applications
Consultative approach to identifying business needs and transferring into technical requirements for execution
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience in the real estate industry
Experience with project cost accounting
