Job Description
A client in the Washington DC area is looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join their team. This is supporting the HR department for a government customer. In this role, you will be responsible for identify gaps and room for improvement around HR processes and procedures. Additionally, you will be responsible for utilizing data analytic tools to analyze trends and build dashboards to present these insights to the end customer and present recommendations for changes as needed.

Required Skills & Experience
8+ years of professional work experience (10+ years of experience can be used in lieu of Bachelors degree)
Excel skills including pivot tables, v-lookups, and data visualizations
Dashboard development experience with PowerApps (PowerAutomate, PowerBI)
Strong communication and ability to present data insights to the end customer
Bachelors degree
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience in a consulting role or a position that requires you to take initiative with the customer (versus prescribed work)
Any experience in an HR environment or supporting HR teams
