The Dispense / Sealant Process Engineer supports a large automaton client?s Paintshop Automation / Sealant Application group by designing, validating, and launching customer sealant and adhesive... automation systems.Process Engineering & Execution? Execute process engineering activities upon receipt of customer orders? Design and implement sealant and adhesive application processes using robots and applicator equipment? Perform process evaluations, feasibility studies, and proposal support for quotations? Develop and program offline simulations of sealer automation systems ? Software: FANUC ROBOGUIDE (HandlingPRO / PaintPRO)Machine Vision & Quality Support? Implement machine vision systems to support inspection and quality verification ? Vision tools: FANUC iRVision, Liberty Reach, VMT? Support inspection, quality, and process verification activitiesCustomer & Launch Support? Serve as the primary customer contact during system launches (high travel role)? Support system installations, startup, and commissioning at customer sites? Conduct customer demonstrations and present technical results and analysis? Provide customer training and develop internal/external training documentationCross-Functional & Continuous Improvement? Support sales during customer appointments with technical expertise? Participate in new and ongoing product development within the Paintshop Automation Division? Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
