This role reports to the Director of Facilities Operations.Essential Duties and Responsibilitieso Lead the design and development of electrical systems and components for various facilities-related projects.o Oversee project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation to ensure project completed within specifications, on-time, and within budget.o Mentor junior engineers and maintenance technicians by providing technical guidance and support.o Prepare and review technical documentation, specifications, reports, and design schematics.o Ensure all projects comply with relevant safety, regulatory, and ADI Global Engineering standards. Conduct feasibility studies, root cause analysis, and technical assessments.o Work closely with multidisciplinary engineers and teams to integrate electrical systems into larger projects.o Identify and resolve complex technical issues, conducting diagnostics and performance evaluations of electrical systems.
