An Insight Global customer is seeking to hire an Integration Manager in the Toledo, OH area. This person will be responsible for taking new products and technology improvements from the R+D team and... ensuring production success in the manufacturing and quality teams. The ideal candidate for this role will have at least 10 years of experience with upstream thin-films process engineering, specifically DFMEA to improve device, hardware and system designs. Success for this role is determined on meeting on-time product deadlines and implementing successful new technologies into production. The person who fills this role can expect to be a "working manager" where they will be responsible for two supervising engineers and a handful of technicians. This role does require in-person office time in the Toledo, OH area, however there is some limited remote work flexibility. We can offer a salary of $125,000 to $170,000 plus performance bonuses for this opportunity.
