This individual will be responsible for working onsite at one of their clients in Chandler, AZ. For the first 6 months you will go through thorough training both in a class room environment and on the job. Once completed you will be the acting support representative, assisting in any repairs or routine maintenance of their equipment. Each day you will begin by learning from the previous shift what activities were completed and what is still pending completion. You will also sit down with the clients leadership team to discuss any critical updates and align on priorities for that day. Strong documentation and communication skills is a must for this team as you will be responsible for providing updates to the team directly along with documentation inside of their tool.
