Key duties:-Perform as primary or backup to monitor Originations chat and Mailbox, ensure reported incidents and issues are responded to, escalated, and resolved accurately and in a timely manner, according to SLA.-Assist team members, document processes and procedures, propose enhancements, and increase efficiencies.-Assist in Break-FIX and Vendor Portal tickets as assigned, ensure tickets are created, responded to, and resolved or escalated, according to SLA.-Provide timely and accurate assistance to AHFC Centers and AHFC Corporate Departments as needed.-Provide effective and timely analysis, and implement maintenance and enhancements as assigned.-Develop skills to become an SME, train other team members to support and enhance Departmental processes.-Working with cross-functional teams, perform business requirements analysis, define relevant areas of changes, translate and document the requirements into design specifications and functional requirements, and communicate the results.-Manage assigned projects, develop, and review test plans and scripts, monitor deliverables, perform user acceptance testing.-Conduct and actively participate in meetings with internal and external teams, gather information, produce effective reports, and presentations to share ideas and findings.-Ensure that various appropriate elements, including documents, policy documents, guides, and business communications are kept up to date and are available.-Support other projects and tasks accurately, and with a high degree of quality, as assigned.Pay rate: $33.3/hrWe are a company committed to creating inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
